ピア・グループ・スーパービジョンの意義と課題に関する考察 A Study on Significances and Some Problems of Peer Group Supervision 塩田, 祥子 シオタ, ショウコ 植田,寿之 ウエダ, トシユキ SHIOTA, Shoko UEDA,Toshiyuki ピア・グループ・スーパービジョン 逆機能のグループダイナミックス メンバーの役割 支持的 peer group supervision dysfunctional group dynamics the role of members supportive ピア・グループ・スーパービジョンの目的は、仲間とともに学ぶことにより、各メンバーのソーシャルワーカーとしての成長を図ることである。そこでは、同機関にとどまらず、職場を超えたつながりも期待される。しかし、熟練したワーカーのみでメンバーを構成し、スーパーバイザーとしての成長をも目的とするかどうかについては議論が分かれる。 実践の中で、逆機能のグループダイナミックスが生じることがあるが、それを避けるのではなく、克服することが重要である。そのためには、リーダーの存在や、それぞれの支持的体験に基づく支え合いが求められる。ピア・グループ・スーパービジョンでの各メンバーの体験は、クライエントとの援助関係に反映されるものであり、グループのあり方そのものを試行錯誤するプロセスが重要である。 The purpose of peer group supervision is to encourage growth of each member as a social worker by learning with his or her fellow workers. It is expected that the members will not only maintain the relationship among them in the same organization but also encourage a new relationship with other social workers who belong to other organizations. However, opinion is divided as to whether the members should be composed of only skilled workers and whether their growth as a supervisor should be aimed at as well. It is important not to evade but to overcome some possible dysfunctional group dynamics in the practices of peer group supervision. For that purpose, it is necessary that each group has a leader. It is also required that the members support each other on the basis of their experiences in which they have been supported by other workers before.
