介護保険制度の住宅改修におけるケアマネジャーの役割 Care Manager's Roles of House Adaptation on Long-Term Care Insurance for the Aged. 岡本, 久子 オカモト, ヒサコ OKAMOTO, Hisako 介護保険制度 住宅改修 ケアマネジャーの役割 long-term insurance house adaptation care manager's roles 高齢者の多くは、要介護状態になっても、住み慣れた地域や環境のなかで親しい家族や隣人とともにそれまでの生活を継続することを望んでいる。そうした高齢者が自らサービスを選択し、要介護状態となった場合においても、可能な限り、在宅で、その能力に応じ自立した日常生活を営むことができるような住まいづくりが必要となってくる。本稿では、筆者の事例を通して、利用者の生活を支える観点から、介護保険制度の住宅改修におけるケアマネジャーの役割を考察した。その結果、(1)高齢者の「生活の流れ」に沿う必要性、(2)家族の理解が得られないときや、家族の価値観に基づくケアプランになってしまう場合、(3)ケアマネジャーが必要と考えた住宅改修の費用負担と家族の費用負担の考えにくい違いがある場合の3点が明らかになった。 Most elderly people want to continue to spend their lives with their families and live in harmony with neighbors in a familiar community, as they have done for a long time, even when they are in need of nursing care. It is necessary to provide housing where the elderly in need of care can live as independent a life as possible while selecting care services according to their ability. Based on our case experience, the present study examines the care manager's roles should play to support the lives of the elderly regarding house adaptation under the long-term insurance.
