対人援助職の「ホムンクルス」 ―心理臨床家が心理療法を受けておくことについて― `Homunculus' in the human service providers ―The need of personal analysis for being a psychotherapist― 藤森, 旭人 フジモリ, アキヒト FUJIMORI, Akihito 対人援助職 個人分析 転移―逆転移 レスキューファンタジー Wounded Healer human service providers personal analysis transference-counter transference rescue phantasy 本論では対人援助職に内包される援助者のこころの在りようを出発点とし、心理療法の中でも無意識を扱う精神分析において、心理療法家が個人分析と呼ばれる精神分析を受けておく意義や必要性について考察した。その理解を促進させるために漫画「ホムンクルス」を用いた。「ホムンクルス」とは「こころの歪み」であり、主人公が他者の「ホムンクルス」を視覚化して見ることができるという設定になっている。この歪みは精神分析的作業の中では転移-逆転移として捉えられるものであり、他者の「ホムンクルス」と関わることで、精神的破綻をきたすまでが描かれている。対人援助者は、自分の傷つきを棚上げし、他者への援助によって自分自身を保とうとする傾向があることにも触れ、この傷つきや破綻を防ぐためにも、個人分析を受けておくことの必要性について論じた。そして、それは他者のことをよく考えられるこころの状態を作りだしておく作業でもあることを強調した。 This study started thinking of a psychological state for human service providers, and discussed the need of personal analysis for being a professional psychotherapist. In this article,I quoted a story comic `Homunculus', which means `a distortion of one's psychological state'for considering about transference-counter transference. Also I pointed out that some human service providers have "rescue phantasy" so that they can "help" others without thinking about their own wounds.
