| 内容記述 | 認知症高齢者のケアは、回想法など、過去のことを思い出し精神の安定を図ることは進行を和らげる効果があることが分かってきた。しかし、さらに進めて過去に関連したニーズの一端でも実現できれば生活に潤いもたらすと考えている。実際は、表現のみならず自覚すら困難と思われる。そこで、ニーズは表現されるのか、また過去との関連はどうなのかを捉える試みを、通所介護を利用する認知症高齢者で家族の了解が得られた5名に、半構造化面接を行い、逐語録をとり施設の方に内容の確認も得て、分析を試みた。結果は、具体的に「ある」、嬉しいことや楽しいと「感じるものがある」、「何も無い」の3つに分類された。「何も無い」場合は、単に認知症ゆえではなく辛い経験からニーズの諦めを繰り返した結果であったり、自分の役目を終えた満足感からくる場合もあり、とりわけ、「家を守るための結婚であったり、婚家先で気兼をする生活、夫中心の生活が大きく左右していると思われた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In the dementia senior citizen's caring, it has been understood that recalling the Past like reminiscence therapy, etc. and attempting the mental stability are effective to slow the progress of disease. However, it seems that not only the expression but even also self-awareness is difficult. We tried to understand the needs are correctly presented and whether patient's condition relates to past life. We tried to analyze the patient's condition by giving a semi-structured interview and noting word toward to five dementia aged people who use day care nursing after getting permission from their family and stuff of day care center. The result is classified into three categories, (1) self-awareness exists correctly, (2) something they feel glad of and happy about, and (3) is they have nothing they feel like doing. In case of "nothing", it seems that those responses relate with several reasons. One is because of repeating abandoning the needs from hard severe experience. Another reason comes from the satisfaction of accomplishment of their life, which was brought about through their marriage to keep the house properly, to live ill at ease with their mother-in-law, and the life governed by their husband. | |||||||||||
