 note = {孤立死は、高齢者に限らず現代日本が抱える社会問題である。この孤立死が注目され始めたきっかけは、阪神淡路大震災における仮設住宅で、「誰にも看取られず」に亡くなった人が多いことであった。それ以後、一人暮らしの人の孤立死報道もあり、各地で孤立死の検討が始められた。そこで、県警察本部や社会福祉協議会の協力を得て、民生委員・児童委員の活動ならびに孤立死の実態調査を行った。今回の調査結果から得た結論は、地域における生活支援を充実させることが、孤立死を防止するために最も有効な方法だということである。今後、地域の生活支援を充実させる具体的な施策を、官民一体となって議論していくことが望まれる。, The isolation death is current social problem in Japan, which influence all generations. Since many people at Hanshin earthquake disaster were dead lonely in temporary housing, the isolation death have been broadcasted and discussed. In this study, situation and support of the isolation death was mainly investigated with prefecture police headquarter and social welfare council. Our result conspicuously revealed that most effective strategy to prevent isolation death is fulfilling local life support.
