| 内容記述 | 本報告は、社会福祉士養成の制度改正に伴い、巡回指導担当教員の役割が変化していくことについて、今年度に行った巡回指導の事例を検討し、考察を行ったものである。その結果、週 1回の巡回指導を行う体制になることで、実習生の不安への対処、実習体験のソーシャルワーク実践としての意味づけ、アセスメント・プランニングの課題遂行の支援、実習遂行の問題に対する対処、事後学習への反映といった点について、効果が期待できることが考察された。 その反面、教員のソーシャルワーク実践への指導力、時間的な負担増課題もあることもわかった。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | With system revision of the social worker training, the role of the visit guidance teacher changes. This article considered it based on a case study of visit guidance that performed in this year. As a result, we made clear that we could expect the following effect by performing 1 time a week visit guidance. Deal with the uneasiness that the trainee has as a supervisor. Understand a training experience from a viewpoint of the social work practice. Support that a trainee wrestles with assessment and planning. Deal with the problem of the trainee. Make use of the information that we got by visit guidance for learning after a thing. On the other hand, we understood that there was the following problem. It is that ability to teach the social work practice of the teacher, the time burden of the teacher grow big. | |||||||||||||||||
