| 内容記述 | 花園大学では社会福祉士および精神保健福祉士を養成し、この実習実務は社会福祉実習指導室で統括されている。本研究では、実習指導の状況をまとめ、社会福祉実習指導室に集約されている施設からの実習評価票について考察をした。 2006年から 2008年の期間を対象とした本学の実習生の評価の特徴は、「実習態度」や「利用者への理解・関係」は良好な場合は多いことにある。これらの能力は総合的な評価である「実習課題への達成度」や「総合的な見地から」に大きく反映し、これは望ましいことであるといえる。しかしながら「記録の取り方」や「基礎知識」には困難がみられる。これらは克服課題である。 今後は本研究を通時的な研究や他大学との比較研究などに広げていくことが重要である。さらに「利用者理解・関係」と一致する記録の取り方などについての研究を深めていくことも重要であるといえよう。さらに「社会福祉士および介護福祉士法」の改正に伴い、社会福祉士の教育カリキュラムが大幅に改められた。新しい教育体制となる 2011年度を迎えるにあたり、社会福祉分野に対する人材育成の観点からも、更なる社会福祉実習指導室の役割を探求していくことが重要であるといえる。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Hanazono University provides training programs for students aiming to become social workers or psychiatric social workers, and the social welfare education guidance room is responsible for their practice. In this study, I summarize the situation of practice guidance and examine the practice evaluation sheets. According to surveys from 2006 to 2008, the characteristics of the trainees are found in fact that most of them are highly valued in "practice manners" and "understanding toward and relationship with users." While there abilities are greatly reflected in their overall evaluations such as "achievement level of practice objectives " and "from the general viewpoint," they have some difficulty in the fields of "how to record" and "basic knowledge." These are problems we need to solve. It will be important to widen this study in diachronic or comparative research with other universities in the future. It may also be important to study further the way to record in accordance with "understanding toward and relationship with users." Additionally, with the revision of "the laws on social workers and care worker methods," the education curriculum for social workers was largely changed. With the new education system starting in 2011, also from the view of human resource development in the field of social welfare, it can be said that it is signification to pursue the roles of the social welfare education guidance room. | |||||||||||||||||
