Soon after the occupation army left in 1951, the Japanese Government recovering national sovereignty begins to reform this New Education. The main reform about the school education goes into full swing from \" the Industrial Education Promotion Law \" in 1951. The school education policy in Japan becomes deliberated by \"the Curriculum Council\" and becomes annunciated as \"the Course of Study\" since 1958 , it becomes revised in approximately every 10 years and becoming the 5th revision of \"the curriculum guidelines\" in 2008 at present. This reports that it reviewed the change of the \"the Curriculum Council\" report which worked out a school education policy and the social background and that the human resource upbringing for the economic development became the biggest element on the occasion of education policy drafting.
