| 内容記述 | 精神障害者の精神科病院における社会的入院患者は、7 万人以上いると言われており、社会的入院者の解消は、早急に行われなければならない精神保健福祉の課題の1 つに挙げられている。京都府・京都市では、平成17 年度から精神科病院における社会的入院者の退院を促進するための事業を実施しており、平成22 年3 月末で50 名の方に地域移行推進員が関わりを持ち、29 名の方が退院に至っている。本研究は、平成17 ～ 21 年度の地域移行支援事業(以下、事業)を利用し退院された方を対象とし、生活状況等の調査のほか、事業利用者の自由な意見も聴き、それらをまとめて考察を行った。特に事業利用者の意見として、退院して良かったことや、苦労していること、これからやってみたいことなど、入院生活では感じられない「ふつうの生活」の中で、「あたりまえの生活」を望んでいることが浮かび上がってきた。一人一人の生活における悩みや希望は様々であるが、退院し生活の中に「自由さ」という環境が生まれ、その自由さから生活の質の向上が得られていることがわかった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | It is reported that more than 70,000 individuals with psychiatric disabilities are hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals for social reasons. Social hospitalization is considered to be one of the problems of mental health welfare that need to be resolved immediately. Since 2005, Kyoto City of Kyoto Prefecture has implemented a project to promote discharge of those who have been hospitalized in psychiatric hospitals for social reasons. As of the end of March 2010, a total of 50 individuals were in contact with community transition officials, and 29 individuals had been discharged from the hospitals. The present study examined individuals who had been discharged from the hospitals utilizing the Community Transition Support Project(hereafter Project)between fiscal years 2005 and 2010, integrating a survey of living status and freely expressed opinions of Project consumers. Particularly, opinions of Project consumers revealed their wishes for ordinary life as they lived usual life that they had not lived during hospitalization, including advantages of being discharged,difficulties, and what they were hoping to accomplish. Although individual problems and hopes in their lives varied, it was found that improved quality of life was achieved due to the freedom that had been created in the environment in their lives since discharge. | |||||||||||
