| 内容記述 | 共働き世帯の増加に伴い、保育ニーズは年々高まっている。そのなかで、保育所の待機児童数の増加など、就労と育児を支援する環境整備は進んでいない。とりわけ病児保育は保育ニーズが上位にありながら、実施も再編強化が始まったばかりである。本稿では、摂津市と枚方市の事例を参考にしつつ、病児保育における必要性と課題を考察するなかで、病児保育における保健職の配置に関する意義を模索したい。併せて、保育看護の専門的ケアの必要性についても述べたい。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | With the increase in the number of double-income households, child care needs have been increasing year after year. Among these needs, environmental considerations that support starting work and child rearing have not made progress; this can be seen in the increasing number of children in the day care centre waiting list. Particularly, although the need for sick child care is ranked high among child care needs, the practice has just begun in the form of restructuring and enhancement.In this study, referring to the cases of Settsu and Hirakata cities, we hope to determine the requirement for staffing public health positions in charge of sick child care by considering the necessity and problems in sick child care. Simultaneously, we also hope to determine the necessity of professional care in child care nursing. | |||||||||||
