| 内容記述 | 2007(平成19)年に社会福祉士及び介護福祉士法が改正され、より時代のニーズに適合した社会福祉士の活躍が求められている。一方、福祉に関する専門職の資格として、社会福祉士より先に制度化された社会福祉主事については、議論の場に登場する機会が減少し、これまでにもその制度の形骸化が指摘されており、その存在意義が問われている。本稿においては、社会福祉主事任用資格の制定史を振り返り、改めてその意義と課題を探ることにより、今後の議論に活かそうとするものである。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In 2007, Certified Social Workers and Certified Care Workers Act was revised in Japan to meet the needs of our times. In order for us to work in so-called social welfare as specialists, we need either of two kinds of license, that of a certified social worker or the social welfare secretary.The latter of these was institutionalized earlier. But now it has become only a title. This paper looks back at the history of the social welfare secretary and offers the opportunity to discuss the significance and issues of the social welfare secretary. | |||||||||||||||||
