| 内容記述 | 本稿では、身体障害者福祉法の対象規定に着目し、その成立と内容について考察を行うものである。身体障害者福祉法の対象規定には、身体障害者福祉法の別表と、身体障害者福祉法施行規則に示されている身体障害者障害程度等級表がある。そこで本稿ではこれらを取り上げ、その成立過程と、他の社会保障関係法との比較によってどのような特徴及び関連性を有するのかを検討した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper considers the construction process and contents of the Law for the Welfare of Physically Handicapped Persons, focusing on the regulations regarding its definition of application.The regulations consist of an appendix of the Law for the Welfare of Physically Handicapped Persons and the grade table for the Physically Handicapped listed in Ordinance for Enforcement of the Law for the Welfare of Physically Handicapped. This study discusses the processes by which this law was constructed and its characteristics in relation to other social security laws. | |||||||||||
