| 内容記述 | 子どもの対人関係能力形成の機会が減少していることを背景に、学校教育の中でグループワークを応用した取り組みが活発化している。しかし、その導入にあたっては未だ試行錯誤が繰り返されているのが現状である。そこで、筆者は学校教育におけるグループワークの方法と課題について考察した。グループワークの実施にあたっては、参加を拒否する子どもがいた場合、シェアリングの時間が足りない場合、介入が思うようにできない場合など、工夫を要する場面が少なくない。しかしながら、グループワークは進路指導、教育相談、クラブ活動、宿泊行事はもとより、通常の教科学習や保護者会など、幅広く応用することができる有用な技法として位置づけることができる。今後、新しいワークや効果測定法の開発とともに、研修の機会や実施時間が確保されることでグループワークはより発展するものと考えられる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, group work in school education has been focused, because opportunities for developing children's communication skills have been decreasing. However, introduction of group work to school education has been a process of trial and error. The present study examined techniques and problems of doing group work in school education.Problems include some children not anting to participate in group work, having insufficient time for sharing, difficulties of intervening. Nevertheless, group work is considered to be a useful technique that can be applied to career counseling, educational counseling, club activities, school excursions, as well as everyday learning and parent-teacher meetings. In the future, it is expected that group work would develop further through new types of work and methods for measuring its effectiveness, as well as by ensuring training opportunities and time for execution. | |||||||||||
