| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、わが国の臨床場面において使用されているロールシャッハ技法の実態とそれに対する臨床家の意識について調査し、ロールシャッハ・テスト教育の今後の方向性を探ることである。ロールシャッハ・テスト関連の2 つの学会名簿から無作為抽出した588 名を対象にアンケート調査を実施した結果、最初は片口法で学んだ者が最も多いものの(60%)、現在は包括システムで実施している者が最も多かった(59%)。また、使用技法を変更した者が51%にみられ、そのほとんどが片口法から包括システムへの変更であった。その理由としては、エビデンスの存在、分析・解釈の容易さなどが挙げられた。一方、解釈には形式分析のみでなく、内容分析や継列分析を盛り込むとした回答が多く、わが国の臨床家が統合的な解釈を実践していることが示唆された。ロールシャッハ・テストに対する課題としては、「スコアリングの難しさ」「研修の機会」「職場の理解」「技法の違いをめぐる対立」「大学院教育の充実」などが挙げられ、今後のロールシャッハ・テスト教育のあり方を検討する必要性が考えられる。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The current state of using Rorschach test techniques in clinical situations in Japan and clinicians' awareness of the technique were investigated. Furthermore, the future directions in Rorschach test education were discussed. A questionnaire survey was conducted with participants randomly selected from a lists of two societies related to Rorschach tests(N = 588).The results indicated that though most participants had at first learned the Rorschach test techniques through the Kataguchi method(60%),most of them were using it with the comprehensive system at the time of the survey(59%). Of the participants, 51% had changed the technique they were using,and the majority had changed from Kataguchi method to the comprehensive system. The reasons for the change were empirical evidence, easiness of analysis and interpretation, among others. On the other hand, many of the participants responded that they used not only formal analysis,but also content analysis and sequential analysis in their interpretations,suggesting that Japanese clinicians were making comprehensive interpretations.Problems in the Rorschach test that were identified included, difficulties in scoring, opportunities for training, understanding at the workplaces, discussions regarding differences in techniques, and the promotion of postgraduate education, among others.It was concluded that discussions regarding the future directions of Rorschach test education were necessary. | |||||||||||||||||
