| 内容記述 | 高齢者虐待のケースには、市区町村が責任を持ち、地域包括支援センターと連携して対応すること になっている。だが、実際には、市区町村がイニシアティブをとって高齢者虐待対応を積極的に行う ところと、対応を地域包括支援センターにほぼ任せているところに分かれている。 各11 市区町村に1 カ所の地域包括支援センターに聞き取り調査を行い、実態を明らかにした。その 結果、虐待の対応の会議の開催については、随時行うところと、定例で行うところに分かれた。また、 見守り支援については、計画を立ててフォローアップするところと、地域包括支援センターに見守り を任せているところにわかれた。会議開催と見守り支援等の特徴で類型化し、高齢者虐待の会議開催 を随時行い、見守り支援の計画を立てる「随時・戦略型」が進むべき方向であると明らかにした。 |

| 内容記述 | Local governments are supposed to take responsibilities for the cooperation with community general support centers in cases of elder abuse. Some local governments, in fact, take initiatives for facing elder abuses, but some rely completely on community general support centers. Hearing investigations, conducted at eleven community general support centers in nine distinct municipalities for understanding the current situations, have revealed the followings: (i) Some local governments hold countermeasure meetings at any time if required and others do on a regular basis. (ii) Some follow-up watch support according to the plan and others rely mostly on the community general support centers for the implementation of watch support. In the classification by the mode of meetings and watch supports, “anytime and strategic” type, where the meeting is held at any time and the watch support is conducted according to the plan, is desired for the future direction. |
