| 内容記述 | 地域でのあたりまえの生活の場として1989年に制度化された「グループホーム」。地域生活支援における重要なこの事業が障害者自立支援法施行により、当事者のみならず事業者にも大きな影響を与えた。知的障害者地域生活援助事業(グループホーム)の制度返遷をたどり、その理念を考察するとともに今回の法改正が及ぼした事業者への影響を明らかにし、今後の地域移行の進捗の可能性を考察する。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The "group home" system was started in 1989 to create places where mentally-retarded persons could live in contact with the local communities. This very important system to support the social lives of mentally-retarded persons was largely affected by the enforcement of the Law for Supporting Independence of Persons with Disabilities. This study surveys the transition of the systems to support community lives of the mentally-retarded persons, and considers their philosophies. In addition, it clarifies the influence of the aforesaid legislation and forecasts the possibility of the transfer to regional societies in future. | |||||||||||
