| 内容記述 | ケアは、ケアする人にさまざまな負担をもたらすが、その反面肯定的な側面をももたらす。このケアの肯定的側面は、ケアする人に癒しや人間的成長をもたらす。ケアにおける癒しは援助者や家族との関係性の中で得られるものと考えられる。ケアする専門職が利用者との関係の中から得ている癒しは「自己の承認」「専門性の承認」「人と関わる楽しさ」などである。また、ケアする専門職がケアの成果を得たとき、そこから満足感をえることができる。ケアする人は、ケアの肯定的側面を体験することで、より懸命に利用者に関わっていく。しかし、家族がケアする場合には、ケアの肯定的側面を得られるためには、負担を軽減し、先の通しがもてるように支援することが必要になる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The care brings a caring person various burdens. On the other hand, it brings the positive side. The positive side of the care brings healing and growth to a caring person. Healing in the care is provided in a relationship with a caring person such as profession and family. The profession gets healing from care, and it is "approval of the self", "approval of the specialty" and "pleasure to contact with with a person". Furthermore, profession gets feeling of satisfaction by getting result of the care. The caring person is concerned with care more positively by experiencing the positive side of the care. However, the support that can have the reduction of their burden and the former prospects is important when a family is a caring person. | |||||||||||
